We are currently seeking for professional candidates with strong analytical ability, high sense of achievement, ability to work under pressure, and fluency in English (both oral and written) to join Astra’s winning team.

IT AUDIT STAFF (ITA – A02)

Responsibilities:

* The incumbent will be responsible to conduct audit based on Organization’s Plan, consist of develop Audit program, perform field audit, and reporting including presentation to Management. You will also responsible for develop improvement initiatives over control assurance and be consultant agent on control.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology with min GPA 3.00
* Good understanding over Information System control
* Good understanding of ERP and non ERP system (SAP, Oracle, etc)
* Holding audit certification is preferable (CISA, CIA, CFE, etc)

ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACC – A02)

Responsibilities:

* You will be responsible for all accounting functions in the company, such as handling financial corporate consolidation report, cash flow management, taxation, or accounting systems and procedures.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Accountancy with min GPA 3.25.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Actively involve in extracurricular activities.
* High interest in Accounting.
* Mastering accounting principles is a must.

MARKETING ANALYST (MKT.AN – A02)

Responsibilities:

* To continuously analyze company’s marketing performance, position in automotive business, and to give inputs to our marketing strategies, and develop sales programs to further strengthen company’s.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing / Industrial Engineering min GPA 3.00, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Having strong analytical thinking, and high interest in automotive business.

ADMINISTRATION HEAD (ADH – A02)

Responsibilities:

* Your main responsibility is to handle finance & administration operations, manage personnel and general affair issues and play a supportive function as a partner for sales, service and parts head in our branches. You will monitor and control the whole finance and administration process.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting / Finance / Administration with min GPA 3.00, fresh graduates are welcome
* Willing to be assigned throughout Indonesia

PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER (PRO – A02)

Responsibilities:

* As a Public Relation Officer you will be responsible to make external relation management, maintaining networking with external institutions, helping affiliated company in crisis handling, managing and executing for special event and coordinating affiliated companies in every Public Relation activities.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Mass Communications, Political Science, Social Science, or Commerce with minimum GPA 3.00.
* Having working experience min. 5 years in Public Relations area.
* Having sharp analytical skill, dynamic personality, and excellent team player.
* Having good interpersonal and communication skill.
* Good command in English both oral and written.

AUDIT STAFF (AUD – A02)

Responsibilities:

* As an audit staff, you will be responsible to make audit financial report, cash flow management, taxation, business process, systems and procedures. Also ensure that all business process are conducted according to Astra’s standard.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Accountancy or Management with min. GPA 3.00
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* Have conceptual and systematic thinking and fast learner
* Have interpersonal & communication skill

PARTS ANALYST (PA – A02)

Responsibilities:

* Realizing the importance of after sales services, we need enthusiastic engineers with high marketing sense to develop & evaluate part promotion programs, analyzing & reporting parts performance, and as a operation representative in Head Office to further strengthen company’s parts performance. You will be prepared to be our Part Sales Head.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economy min GPA 3.00.
* Ready for a placement throughout Indonesia

FACULTY MEMBER (FAM – A02)

Responsibilities:

* Perform need analysis, program design and development, teaching and program evaluation
* Monitor and provide guidelines for the implementation of InnovAstra program throughout Astra Group, and to ensure the improvement and innovation program run well
* Bring the latest development or best practices in knowledge management, organization development and system management
* Ensure the module meets the business needs and requirements
* Convert the new knowledge into organizational competencies

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology, Business Management or Industrial Engineering
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferable in Training and Development
* Have strong passion in People Development
* Required skill(s) Technical competencies (instructional design, consultation skills, presentation skills, IT literate and fluent in English), Non technical competencies (conceptual and systematic thinking, business acumen, interpersonal and communication skill, learning ability/fast learner)

EHS & SR ASSOCIATE (ESR – A02)

Responsibilities:

* Realizing the importance to survive in the business competition and to meet the worldwide demands, we need enthusiastic engineers to monitor and developed ASTRA Group’s performance in the field of Environment, Health, Safety and Corporate Social Responsibility (EHS & SR).

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Environment Engineering, or All Engineering min GPA 3.00.
* Highly interest working in Environment, Health, Safety & Social Responsibility (EHS & SR) field.
