Contracting Manager
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all hotel contracting in a professional manner.
Prepare presentation and information about our company and the system to our potentials partner
Make plan and organize hotel contracting ie. Hotel contracting in Jakarta, Bandung, Sulawesi etc
Maintain and up-date the data in the system
Inform agents of status of hotel if not recommendable for sale.
Cross –check selling rates with contract of the respective agent.
Provide any reports of data on request of FIT Manager or executive office.
Report to Destination Manager and RGM re. The system development.
Assist in liasing with hotels for any special enhancements
Assist in checking that all tariffs are correctly priced before sending out. (ie should there be any special offers extended by hotels, they MUST be amended immediately in the tariff.)
All restrictions related to rates should be clearly mentioned in correspondence.
Maintain correct filing procedures.
Assist wherever necessary when asked to do so and treat all correspondence and files as CONFIDENTIAL.
To carry out other duties that are assigned to you by your immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Excellent English both writing and speaking
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers.
Full-Time positions available.
Working to agreed targets and experience in managing hotel contract
Computer skill
Excellent negotiating and communication skills
Proven ability to work to challenging targets
Motivated, Enthusiastic, Capable of working on their own initiative or as part of the team
