Sony Indonesia, (www.sony.co.id) a sales and marketing electronic multinational company located in Indonesia is seeking for the following position:

HR Assistant Manager    (HRAM – SI)

Planning, coordinating and monitoring human resource function, including recruitment, training & development, compensation, staff welfare and facilities, formulates policies and supervises policy

Qualification:
·         Experience in managerial position.
·         Experience in Multinational Company is advantage.
·         Fluent command in English (spoken & written).
·         Good knowledge of Human Resources Management.
·         Strong leadership skill.
·         People oriented, coaching & counseling skill.
·         Strong communication skill.
·         Good knowledge and skill in PC (MS Office).

IT Department Head     (IT DH – SI)

Responsible in overall IT planning, managing users request and issues, network support and vendor management.

Qualification:
·         Oversees day-to-day operation on Windows platform including PC, LAN , WAN and Data network
·         Good Business Analytical skills, documenting users requirements and ensure smooth implementation of regional projects
·         Knowledge of  SAP/R-3 will be an added advantage
·         Preparation of IT budget and control
·         Administer IT policies, procedures and standards including Information security and Sox compliance related matter.
·         Communication and leadership Skill
·         English capability (speak and written)

Legal Counsel    (LC – SI)

Responsible for supporting and advising all areas of the company in legal aspects and prepare or review contracts, letters of agreement and other documents to ensure their legal compliance.

Qualification:
·         Profound knowledge of corporate legal, legal commercial, contract drafting and other legal-related matters in multinational company and familiar in liaising with government institutions
·         Having min. 2 years experience in Corporate legal
·         Strong analytical and leadership skill
·         Mature personality and able to work independently
·         Capable of handling several project simultaneously and able to work under pressure
·         Fluent command of English (writing, speaking, reading particularly in law practice)
·         Good knowledge of Personal Computer
