Technical Advisor

Qualification Required :
* Male, maximum age 35 years old
* Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum five years experience as Field Supervisor Civil Engineering Consultant
* Familiar with Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation
* Have good leadership & communication skill
* Good command in English (oral and written)
Task & Responsibility

* To be responsible for the whole aspect of the project starting from analyzing project proposal to project deliverables :
o Reviewing the project plan, budget, material specification & structure
o Supervising & controlling the project to ensure conducted as plan
