Job Title: IT Assistant Manager
Report to : IT Manager
Job Summary : Manage IT Department daily operation, project implementations, and people / staff management

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

* Manage IT Department day to day operation : manage service request, resource allocation, completion of service request, daily IT support and IT maintenance tasks
* Manage IT project : project management from end to end; from project initiation, planning, execution, closing, including project costing analysis and project budget management
* Manage IT Staff and resources : supervise & lead IT staff

Qualification Requirement :

* Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics and communications engineering or other IT related course
* Minimum 2 years experience as IT Assistant Manager or IT Project Manager
* Has technical expertise in either one of the following : Application Development (Programming); or Network & IT Infrastructure; or Telephony System Engineering
* Accountable, responsible, reliable
* Able to work and communicate with clients, users, team members, and vendors from various level
* Good planning, analysis and decision making , negotiation and managerial skills
* Good in documentation and can work in systematically order
* Good communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Preferably has ITPM / CompTia Project+ certificate
* Preferably has experience working in a Call Center
