Middle East Coal – We are fast growing Coal Mining Company. To develop the team we need qualified and competent candidates to fill the following position in the field :

Sr. Executive – Personnel & Industrial Relation (Kalimantan)

* Male, age max. 35 years old.
* Graduated S1 majoring in Human Resources/ Industrial relations, or Management.
* Experienced min 4 years of relevant experience in mining industry.
* Willing to work on the Mine Site/ Remote Site Area with roaster schedule.
* To be placed at Muara Wahau – East Kalimantan.

Job Description:
Responsible for all personnel function including attendance, roaster, industrial relations, leave administration, overtime, regulation implementation, conduct and discipline.
