Performance & Development Coordinator
(Jakarta)

Requirements:
* Ability to work independently
* Good in Microsoft office
* SQL or Visual Basic knowledge is advantage
* Strong analytical skills, communication and presentation skills is advantage
* Male/Female, max. 30 years old
* Min. Education Background: D3 from any discipline
* Able to communicate in English (Oral & writing)
* Innovative thinker
* Placement will be in Cengkareng, Jakarta.

Responsibilities:
* To help managing customers shipment data, analysis & reports to Senior management
* Proactively asses sales performance and drive improvement initiatives
* Manage the development and improvement of reporting system, tools & reports
