1. PLANT GENERAL MANAGER – (PGM)

Responsibilities : to lead and guide all manufacturing activities including maintenance with the primary objective to raise productivity level, sustainable continuous improvement, effective and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

a.. S1 or S2 degree in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering from reputable universities
b.. Male, min. 7 years of experience in the same position in manufacturing industry
c.. Proven track record in ideas introductions and execution enhancing the operational excellence
d.. Excellent in Production Planning and Scheduling as well as the achievement on time delivery in Full and good Quality.
e.. Experience in project management and evaluation, able to demonstrate the achievement on business plans and introducing value creation for future growth
f.. Able to perform satisfactorily under minimum supervision, capable to deliver an excellent result of the team under pressure and tight time line.

2. PPIC HEAD – (PPCH)

Responsibilities : coordinate, assign and monitor production planning schedule, good control of inventories and allocation of materials to support the achievement of overall sales and production target in term of On Time Delivery In Full and Good Quality.

Qualifications:

a.. University/Academy degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering /Accounting from reputable universities
b.. Male, min. 5 years experiences at same position in manufacturing industry
c.. Understand the calculation of production cost, accurate and excellent in spreadsheet operation
d.. Analytical skills in economic order quantity, reorder point and provide efficiency in arranging waiting line
e.. Excellent in cross functional communication, a good team player, able to demonstrate prudent & timely decision making skills in his authority level

3. PRODUCTION / UTILITY MANAGER – (PUM)

Responsibilities: Responsible to manage all production activity, ensure smooth production in operation excellence. Demonstrate the sustainable continuous improvements, and leading subordinates in achieving target under harmonious working atmosphere.

Qualifications:

a.. S1 or S2 degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
b.. Male, min. 5 years of experience as same position in manufacturing industry
c.. Strong integrity and highly committed personality
d.. Proven track record in leading 200 people or more in achieving target and harmonious atmosphere.
e.. Good understanding on costing and good commercial sense
f.. Firm, have good interrelationship and strong people skill
g.. Proven track record in target achievements
h.. Capable in problem solving, having sharp analytical thinking ability and good decision maker at his level.
i.. Tough and able to work under pressure & tight target

4. QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER – (QCM)

Responsibilities : Responsible to develop and maintaining Quality Control System and Procedure, providing technical services to product, product application and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

a.. University/Academy degree in Chemical Engineering /Pharmacy/ Micro Biology/ Bio Technology/ Chemical Science
b.. Male, min. 5 years of experience as same position in chemical/ food industry
c.. Bright in analytical thinking & problem solving supported by good knowledge of statistical field, with good commercial sense
d.. Able to perform satisfactorily under limited supervision
e.. Familiar and experience with international quality standards, HACCP, ISO
f.. Strong leadership skill, good team player and customer oriented
g.. Having a good oral, written and presentation skills in English is a must

5. R&D Manager – (RDM)

Responsibilities : Responsible for planning, direction and control of all research and development activities leading to new or improving existing product and process; product ideas and applicable research for business development.

Qualifications:

a.. University/Academy degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering/ Pharmacy
b.. Male, min. 5 years of experience as same position in manufacturing industry
c.. Proven track record and have a good commercial sense
d.. Understand the calculation of production cost
e.. Strong leadership skill
f.. Good oral, written and presentation skills in English
g.. Excellent communication skill, decision making skills and team working
h.. Innovative

6. Logistic Head – (LH)

Responsibilities : managing overall activities of logistic, transportation of cargoes, warehousing, stuffing and bulk shipment activities including all related custom issues. Report directly to Admin GM.

Qualifications:

a.. S1 degree in Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering, Management from reputable university
b.. Male, min. 3 years experience as head of logistic
c.. Familiar with bonded zone activities, HACCP and ISO
d.. Understanding of export import practice and regulation.
e.. Strong leadership and managerial skill.
f.. Able to implement system and procedures
g.. Computer literate and proficiency in English is a must
h.. Good administration and understand the inventory system
i.. Tough and Firm personality
j.. Willing to comply all rules related to Food Safety and HACCP

7. Sales Manager – (SM)

Responsibilities : Gaining significant growth on sales. Penetrating new market share, promoting product ideas and leading the team for service excellent enhancing value creation to the stakeholders.

Qualifications:

a.. S1 degree in Marketing/ Management/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering/ Agriculture Engineering from reputable University
b.. Male, min. 5 years proven track record at the position of sales manager
c.. Familiar with HACCP and ISO
d.. Excellent English orally and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
e.. Excellent presentation and good communication skill with outgoing personality.
f.. Deep understanding on LC, export and custom procedures
g.. Target oriented, self motivated, firm and strong leadership
h.. Experience on world-wide marketing as well as domestic
i.. Excellent analytical thinking, hands on and able to execute ideas
j.. Having knowledge of international trade and good negotiation skill

8. Finance & Accounting Manager (FAM)

Responsibilities: Manage all Finance and Accounting dept activities, leading the team in providing high quality reporting system timely. Recommend efficiencies and cost effective actions for sustainable profit.

Qualifications

- S1 degree in Accounting from reputable university

- Experience in working with English reporting system. Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must. Mandarin understanding and communication is preferable.

- Min. 6 years experience as Manager handling Finance and Accounting dept in Manufacturing industry

- Excellent in presentation and proven track record in developing system and procedures and its implementation

- Good commercial sense and deep analytical thinking. Able to provide Sensitivity Analysis

- Independent, Fast learner, organized and able to deliver accurate report timely under tight deadline and limited supervision

- Able to lead the team in providing quality result on time

- Good understanding on Internal Control System

- Experience in Business Plans arrangement and the analysis

9. Management Trainee – (MT)

Qualifications:

a.. Male/ Female
b.. University degree in Chemical/Industrial/
Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent and having knowledge of statistical analysis
c.. Good leadership and interpersonal skills
d.. Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
e.. Good command of spoken and written English
f.. Self motivated & able to perform under pressure
