Project Site Staff

Requirements:
* Male, maximum 35 years old, trust worthy and good interpersonal & negotiation Skill.
* Minimum education S1 Civil Technical (bachelor degree is an advantage).
* Has experience 2 (two) years in pre-cast concrete & facade installation at High-rise Building is a must.
* Has experience as Surveyor is an advantage.
* Able to read plans; familiar with standard building code and practices.

* Able to prioritize work assignments.
* Desire to learn and succeed.
* Proven ability to initiate and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
* Flexibility and adaptability.
* Commitment to quality.
* Strong leadership/management skills.
* Have training about HSE & ISO will be advantage

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
* To achieve sales target
* To develop new accounts and expand customer base
* To support and provide value added services to existing customers
* To provide timely reports on sales activities

Requirements:
* Min S1 Civil Technical
* Candidates must possess a Degree in Engineering from a recognized University.
* Age max 35 years old
* Must have at least 3 (three) years working experience in Sales and Marketing field preferably in construction (in steel construction will be advantage)
* Proven sales track record with ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets will be an advantage.
* How & Net work in public work area (road & bridge)
* Fluent in English (Written and oral)
* Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office application, willing to learn and motivated for career and advancement.
* Prospective candidates must have a matured and pleasant personality with good communication and presentation skills.
* An attractive remuneration package would be offered for qualified candidates.
* Good Presentation & Negotiation Skill
