Branch Operation Staff – Padang (BOH)

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure completeness of transaction eligibility (i.e. signature verification, fee and charge, rate) are available on the form prior to input into system
* Process all transaction (i.e. Mutual Funds, Remittances, TD, Clearing) are accordance with the delegation of duties and limit assigned by the management
* Provide daily recap on Time Deposit transaction received from the branLch to be processed by Time Deposit team in Head Office Operation
* Doing reconciliation with Head Office Operation on transactions being inputted/processed by Branch Operation
* Process the daily activity with accuracy, efficiency and timely manner
* Minimize financial loss to the bank by implementing effective internal policy & procedures
* Check all transaction end of day
* Complies with the bank procedures and follows regulatory/operational/security guidelines

Required Qualifications and Skills:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university in Indonesia or overseas with GPA > 3.00
* Minimum have one year working experience in Banking payment and Teller role
* Have good understanding in processing Remittance and Mutual Fund transaction
* Have good understanding on accounting principles & practices
* High integrity and interpersonal skill
* Good judgment and problem solving skill
* High motivated, ambitious and to used to take a bigger challenge
* Person who can always challenge their peers or supervisors
* High accuracy, excellent administrative skills and demonstrate high service attitude
* Full initiative, discipline and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* PC literate and high proficient in written and spoken English
* Willing to placed in Padang, West Sumatra province
