Recruitment Specialist ( Code : RS)

Responsibilities:

* Be Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment and selection activities at various levelof position including sourcing, testing, interviewing as well as job placement.
* Work closely with the hiring department to gain a thorough understanding of staff requistion and its position requirements

Requirements:

* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
* Age between 30-40 years.
* Having minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment.
* Able to define recruitment strategy and perfom the whole recruitment and selection activities.
* Experience in applying psyschogical test would be an advantage
* Dynamic, initiative, independent and has excellent analytical thingking
* Good oral and written communication skills both in English & Indonesian
* Computer literate
