XL Axiata, is an Indonesia-based mobile telecommunications services operator. The operator’s coverage includes Java, Bali and Lombok as well as the principal cities in and around Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. XL offers data communication, broadband Internet, mobile communication and 3G services over GSM 900, GSM 1800 networks.

Assistant – Corporate Secretary (Code: Corporate Secretary)

Reporting to the Corporate Secretary, he/she will provide support and assistance in Board and/or Committees meetings including but no limited to advisory to related corporate governance issues and company law related issues

If you are :

* Professional with experience in company/firms providing corporate secretarial services for 2-3 years
* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable university
* Excellent in detail orientation
* Excellent in organizing and coordinating skills
* Excellent in verbal and written communication skills for both Bahasa and English
* Excellent knowledge in Corporate Law, Capital Market Law and Telecommunications Law
